Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchanges Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us at Cielo Apparel! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds: We do not currently offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to exchange any t-shirt(s) that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please see our Exchange Policy below for more information.

Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged t-shirt, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 21 days of receiving your t-shirt(s) by emailing us at cieloapparelbrand@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a description of the defect or damage.

  2. Ship the defective or damaged t-shirt(s) back to us within 21 days of receiving them. The t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  3. Once we receive the defective or damaged t-shirt(s), we will send you a new t-shirt(s) free of charge within 7-14 business days.

Please note that we are unable to exchange t-shirts for a different size or color. If you want a different size or color, you will need to place a new order on our website.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning t-shirts for an exchange. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number to ensure your package is delivered to us safely.
